Our commitments SFA Group

SFA is a worldwide industrial group with a simple objective: to design and manufacture domestic and professional solutions wherever water flows and drains.

Our ambition is to continue to GROW TOGETHER with all our partners and stakeholders (all those who participate in its economic life, those who observe the company, and those whom it influences more or less directly), in a common approach to development and permanent progress.

The commitment to respect guides our relationships with all our stakeholders and should be a permanent feature of our activities and business relationships. Recognition of individual difference must be taken into account and go beyond minimum compliance with laws and regulations.

Respect is at the heart of human interaction, not only within SFA and towards our clients, but also in our social and societal environments.

We respect individuals and their right to privacy.

As such, SFA commits to :

  • not to discriminate for any reason in employment relations and in particular
  • not to discriminate against people because of their gender or age, racial, social, cultural or national origin, trade union activity, sexual preference, disability, political opinion or religion
  • to recruit and promote employees on the basis of exclusively professional criteria, according to their specific qualities and to treat them with dignity, without favouritism and with respect for their private lives

Commitment to integrity requires us to strictly adhere to our duty of honesty in our business dealings. It requires all of us, and management in particular, to set an individual example in fulfilling our duties to our customers, colleagues and all other stakeholders.

Commitment to quality is to provide our customers with a quality service. Quality applies to all areas of our business and everyone plays a role and contributes to achieving this goal. Our ambition is to be recognised and approved by all our stakeholders by growing together.

Teamwork that inspires us embraces solidarity and cooperation. This means that we can combine the best skills for the benefit of our clients and stakeholders, and together overcome the challenges we face today and in the future.

Our principles of action and conduct are consistent with fundamental principles, such as those of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Modern Slavery Act and those set out by the International Labour Organisation (including those concerning the prohibition of child and forced labour).
