Warranty conditions
Take advantage of your product's warranty. We tell you everything you need to know to make the most of your SFA product's protection.
A. PRODUCT AND WARRANTY PERIOD
1. All SFA products will be warranted for 2 years from the time of purchase (According to VAT invoice).
2. Customers who provide the correct Model and Code number on the product.
3. The product will be warranted as soon as possible and depending on the degree of damage.
B. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The product is still under warranty time
2. Information about Model, Code on the product matching customer information in the SFA's database
3. Damage due to component quality, manufacturer error
4. The warranty is valid only if the product is installed in accordance with SFA's operating instructions and good practice.
5. Product must be intact, not disassembled
C. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
1. Product warranty expires
2. Grey label, Model and Code numbers on the product are erased, changed, peeled off
3. Product are damaged due to mechanical impact (fall, impact, insertion, pressure, etc.), dents and distortions are not like the original shape.
4. Product are damaged by natural disasters, fires, floods, lightning strikes, insects, animals.
5. Product are installed, maintained, and used for the wrong purpose and instruction by the manufacturer.
6. By abnormal or faulty use (lack of maintenance or improper maintenance, use of chemicals or cleaning products not intended for the maintenance of the device, presence of limescale ...)
7. By the admission into the apparatus of any bodies foreign to those which it is intended to receive (toilet paper), in particular metal articles, hard or stringy materials, high temperature liquids or corrosive, etc.
8. Product are changed or repaired by technicians not belonging to the SFA Vietnam.
9. Products are not purchased from the SFA Vietnam's sales system
D. SERVICE AFTER THE WARRANTY EXPIRES
SFA Vietnam still warrants for products that have expired warranty for service fee.
E. RESPONSIBILITY OF RISK AND COST OF CLAIM
SFA Vietnam is responsible for the costs directly associated with repairing the defect only.
This warranty does not cover the following which remain at the risk, cost and responsibility of the owner:
1.Costs of travel and transport or insurance of the device.
2. Device installed outside 10km radius from an accredited SFA Vietnam Agents Office.
3. All costs necessary to safely access and replace the installed device including costs of additional plant equipment, materials, machinery, handling and/or safety equipment.
4. Any works required to be completed which are in addition to those directly related to rectification of a defect.
5. This warranty is not transferable.
6. This warranty shall not apply when the product is sold or installed outside Vietnam.
Note:
. Do not dispose of any foreign bodies or products such as solvents, paints, caustic soda, acids, citrus oil products or other chemicals in sanitary fixtures connected to this device.
. Do not dispose of foreign objects, feminine hygiene products, wet wipes or paper hand towels in the system.
. If a device is defective and covered under our warranty, SFA Vietnam will repair or replace the defective device within a reasonable time depending on the nature of the defect.
