Sanigrease S PA

The Sanigrease S 2/4/7/10/15 PA are grease separators designed for indoor installation. Available in 5 nominal sizes, they are made from rotomoulded polyethylene, a material that is both rigid, lightweight and corrosion-resistant. They are fitted with a settling chamber for the collection of heavier particles and 2 watertight covers. The sloped tank bottom allows for complete discharge.

The PA versions are equipped with a porthole and wiper for external level monitoring, a grease level detection alarm, a pump, a control panel, a remote control unit, a mixer, an automatic water filling unit and a control panel. When the maximum grease level is reached, the alarm is triggered. The operator can then connect the hose to the designated outlet and then press the start button on the control panel. The mixer then begins to stir the water, grease and deposits. The pump is activated to empty the separator. The solenoid valve is opened to supply water to facilitate complete emptying. Once emptying is complete, water is injected back into the tank.
