The challenge

Blossom Clinic by BLS is a dermatology and aesthetic clinic specialising in personalised skin treatments under direct supervision of licensed dermatologists. Services include acne treatment, laser therapy, skin rejuvenation, and skin tightening procedures using advanced medical technologies. Operating from a leased space within Stadium One, the clinic needed to add two new toilet facilities – one for medical staff and one for clients.

Two key constraints made conventional installation impossible:

• The building management at Stadium One did not permit cutting or modifying the existing concrete floor in any form.
• Conventional drainage pipework could not be installed, as it required floor excavation and below-slab pipework – neither of which was an option on leased premises.

The results

Following installation of the two Saniaccess 3 units, Blossom Clinic by BLS successfully added both new toilet facilities as planned – one dedicated to medical staff and one for clients.
